1. Primary RacloFlex™ Z2
Primary RacloFlex™ Z2 is a heavy-duty primary belt cleaner designed for efficient removal of bulk carryback material at the head pulley area.

- Blade Quality: Tungsten carbide : 93 HRA 3x15mm
Or- Tungsten carbide : 93 HRA 5x10mm
Or- Impact carbide : 66 HRA 5x10mm
Or- Wear resistant polyurethane : 25mm² svt - Working position: Scraping angle = 90° at tangent

2. Primary RacloFlex™ NT
RacloFlex NT is comprised of blades each supported by a shock absorber block which can be adjusted independently to shape to the belt and compensate the faster wear of certain blades.

3. Secondary RacloFlex™ SW
Secondary RacloFlex™ SW is designed for secondary cleaning applications where finer residual carryback material removal is required after the primary cleaner stage.

4. Secondary RacloFlex™ Metal
Secondary RacloFlex™ Metal is a segmented mono-blade secondary cleaner designed for efficient cleaning performance on belts with concentrated central material buildup.

Internal RacloFlex™ VP is an internal belt cleaner equipped with high-resistance polyurethane blades designed for efficient internal conveyor cleaning operations.

7. Internal RacloFlex™ DP
Internal RacloFlex™ DP is a two-directional belt cleaner designed for demanding conveyor applications requiring continuous blade contact and efficient internal cleaning performance.
