2. Self Aligning Rollers
Self Aligning Rollers are designed to maintain proper conveyor belt alignment on both carrying and return sides of the conveyor system. These rollers help minimize belt drift and improve conveyor operational stability.

Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance. - Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal. Special design and particular labyrinthine seal style prevent the corrosion by impurity, water and air etc.
3. Vertical Guide Rollers
Vertical Guide Rollers are designed to control lateral conveyor belt movement and prevent excessive belt drift during operation. These rollers are commonly used where additional belt guidance is required.

4. Self Aligning Roller Frames
Self Aligning Roller Frames are self-centralizing troughing systems designed to improve conveyor belt tracking and operational stability. The system allows controlled roller movement for automatic belt alignment correction.

- Both carrying and return frames can be manufactured as per drawings.
Note: Carrying rollers and guide rollers have to be ordered separately.
